All products are handcrafted in small batches and are made with organic oils, butters and botanicals and clays for their skin loving qualities. 

IN STOCK ITEMS typically ship within 2-6 business days. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS will ship within 4-6 weeks from purchase date.  Some out of stock items, such as our handcrafted artisan soaps, require cure time to ensure that the soaps long lasting and gentle on the skin.

RECOMMENDATIONS: All orders should be placed at least six weeks before the date they are needed.

DAMAGED GOODS: If anything is damaged please send an image within 48 hours of receiving your package to houseofzenb@gmail.com

RETURNS: Due to Covid-19 measures and precautions, we are currently not accepting in any returns. All sales are final.
