At House of Zen, each product is carefully crafted and prepared in small batches with great attention to quality and care.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are always happy to help resolve any concerns with your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing or has shipped.


Non-Returnable Items
